How it works
Design, order and wear it in three steps
- Choose your garmentPick the style and colour, then where you want the print: front, back or sleeve.
- Add your designUpload an image or add text in the online designer. Enter all your sizes on one design and the price updates as you go.
- We print it in PortisheadWe check your artwork, print it in our own shop and post it by Royal Mail tracked, or you collect it for free.
You will receive your order within a week. If you have a deadline, tell us before you order and we will advise you.
Printing methods
DTF printing and embroidery
Online orders are printed by DTF (direct to film), from a single t-shirt upwards. For logos on workwear and team kit, we also embroider in-house.
Direct to film
DTF printing
Your design is printed onto a special film and heat-pressed onto the garment, with a solid white base under the colours.
- Bright, hard-wearing colour on light and dark garments
- Works on cotton, polyester and many blends
- No minimum order and no setup costs, so a single t-shirt is good value
About DTF printing
Stitched in-house
Embroidery
Your logo is stitched into the garment for a raised, textured finish that looks premium and lasts. Our embroidery machine stitches in up to 6 colours.

Our story
Printing since 1996
We started in the print industry in 1996. Today we print online orders by DTF, which keeps our prices competitive and our turnaround fast.
By 2006 we were building online shops for our clients. Teepig brings the two together: a real print shop that you can order from online, any time.
We are a small, experienced team. We produce all our t-shirts in the UK and never outsource printing to anyone else. We also keep your designs on file, so a reprint is easy.

Custom t-shirt printing questions
How much does a custom t-shirt cost?
The online designer shows your price as you choose the garment, colour and print positions, so there is no waiting for a quote. A basic t-shirt printed on one side is one of our lowest priced options.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single garment printed by DTF. Bulk discounts start at 10 items, and for large runs of the same design, ask us for a quote.
How long will my order take?
You will receive your order within a week. If you have a deadline, contact us before you order and we will tell you what is possible.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Orders of 10 or more items get 10% off and 20 or more get 20% off. The online designer applies the discount as you add sizes. For bigger runs, ask us for a quote.
Can you help with my design?
Yes. If you only have an idea, we can design it for you from £25. We remove simple backgrounds for free. Our design guidelines explain how to get the best print.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes, we post orders anywhere in the UK by Royal Mail tracked services, or you can collect from our Portishead shop for free. See delivery options.
